Yiran Li oversees the studio’s administrative operations and supports the three partners across commercial processes, contracts, and human resources. Together with her team, she manages early client engagement ensuring clarity and professionalism from the outset. As a bridge between leadership and the younger generation, she also represents an important cultural voice within the studio.
Simon Berg leads anySCALE’s Shanghai office, overseeing design direction, project delivery, and team development. With extensive experience in design systems and scalable frameworks, he translates strategic concepts into structured, repeatable solutions — ensuring consistency and quality across complex, multi-location projects.
