CR Union has been inspired by the millennium falcon in Star Wars and became a library in a spaceship floating in the universe. With the open flat layers and smart reconstruction of the levels, natural light found a way into the premises. The redesigned space is formed of a sky well of 9 meters, serving as an office transportation hub, and forming the atrium space as well. Designers saved the ceiling in its authentic form, being evidence of the real age of the building. The concrete-beam structures used to be popular in constructions more than 30 years ago.
The restructure of the high-ceiling building allowed to open two floors instead of one, creating more functional spaces. The colorful speaker-styled theme has been inspired by a media center designed by anySCALE. By university style and plump golden ginkgo tree in the center of the courtyard, designers strived to bring rejuvenating energy into this place. Above it, through the open sky well, the lights come into space.
润联行是华润置地旗下的联合办公品牌，这是全新的时代中心店，位于华润时代中心裙楼的三层，大挑空和大跨度的钢筋水泥梁体结构赋予空间强烈的张力气场，局部从五层平台直接破开两层楼板，阳光倾泻而入，让这个空间形成了一个层高9米、既作为这个办公空间交通枢纽功能又兼具了休息、交流，以及小型活动路演等作用的中庭空间。
anySCALE将这个阳光下的中庭营造出了一种图书馆的视觉感受，漂浮在宇宙中的、透过天窗可以看到阴晴雨雪的飞船里的图书馆。希望能给在这里学习和工作的人一种活力的，生机勃勃重返大学校园图书馆的感觉。同时，设计团队在这里还融合了以海洋、森林、冰川，和湖泊为设计主题的休闲空间，就如同承载着地球上的珍禽异兽、奇花异草逃离地球的飞船，飞向宇宙。
另一个设计主线是在设计元素上，延续了一层多功能厅的声波元素，成排或独立出现的方形造型喇叭此起彼伏，期待这里成为一个传播载体，成为为各个行业新势力的萌芽、成长呐喊助威的平台。
