The secondary school corridors provide an age-appropriate environment for both learning and social interaction. Designed for students aged 10 to 15, the spaces respond to their need for informal work settings as well as areas to gather, hang out, and relax during breaks.
Compared to the primary school, the demand for diverse social spaces outweighs the need for physical activity. In response, a series of integrated furniture elements were introduced, supporting a range of uses and seating positions—from sofas and booths to landscape benches along the walls.
A selective spatial intervention further enhances the experience: by removing a wall, the corridor expands into an open learning zone featuring a bar-height table and a window-side alcove.
The washrooms were developed around themes chosen by the students themselves, incorporating playful wallpapers and decorative lighting to create engaging and personalized spaces.
