CR Land USG tasked anySCALE with designing a modern, minimal and functional office space for their location in China’s bustling Shuangjing Business District. The design team decided on an academic look and feel for the CR Land with an aim to craft a space that has a calming effect and helps you focus on your work. “Academic elegance” is how we wanted to define the space. The space used for CR Land USG is located in a prestigious area of Beijing, which previously housed a traditional mall for electronics. The location and history of the space makes the project even more important in setting a president for development.
Using a three-tier hill feature in the atrium area along the spiral staircase, seating space was created for presentations. A live green tree is located in the corner of the space, serving as a focal point and echoing the theme of academia and learning.
Function is a key focus for CR Land USG. With the ever-changing market and work behavior, there were two main differences in the requirements for the work space. Today's offices are no longer tables and computers but "plug-in" spaces that are adaptable to a host of different industries.

润联行优士阁的的前身是传统意义上规规矩矩的大中电器的大卖场，我们从华润学院风的大主题出发，希望在纷纷攘攘的双井商区，营造一个可以静下心来读书或工作的空间，一窗之隔，恍如隔世，于是饱含优雅气度的“文学院”成为这个项目的形象定位。
一个大体量的拥有木质踏步结合超高扶手同时具备白色圆润外形的弧形旋转楼梯取代了原本的自动扶梯，让匆匆忙忙的人流在穿行楼梯的过程中让整个节奏慢下来，进入到一个充满文艺气息的文学空间里面，以空间自然衔接的形态来完成心情由繁杂和平静的转换。顺着楼梯下旋的节奏，我们在一楼大挑空区域做了一个三级迭代的小山丘造型，巧妙形成一个路演的阶梯，而“山丘”一角的绿色大树，则让这个空间有了视觉的焦点，也让“大树底下的课室”成为“文学院”的视觉招牌，独树一格。
临窗有着两层挑空的前台及休闲阅读区域，一个七米高的原木大书架赋予空间强烈而自然的书卷气息，隔音效果极好的落地玻璃将外面的繁华以一种几乎决绝的手法一分为二，如若无声电影，人在其间，有一种清晰的不真实感。
这几年，办公人群对办公空间的需求有两个明显的改变，就是时间碎片化，还有功能多样化。不是人跟着办公室走，而是办公室跟着项目走。另外，兼顾不同业态的“热插拔”空间，甚至设置专业的实验室，高精度模型打印或3D切割，会成为未来创业者强烈的诉求点。
