Located only one subway station from Shanghai's Hongqiao Airport this 3Q space is dedicated to those who seek to work in close proximity to Shanghai's largest traffic hub. More than 1,500 workplaces are spread over four levels within Zaha Hadid's streamlined design. Our interior design sets a contrast to the fluent architecture by using simple bold elements borrowed from traffic signage. Patterned stripes are applied on the building’s pillars in yellow, red, orange, blue, green, black and white, giving the space a unique and bold touch and creating a strong design link throughout, clearly visible from the outside. The space feels reduced with a focus of optimising high output and work flow: a bustling location with a functional space including a generous amount of playful shared facilities.
凌空3Q的地理位置距上海虹桥机场仅一站地铁之遥，这个3Q是针对期望寻求靠近上海最大交通枢纽办公空间的商务人士而设立的。超过1,500个工位，分布在凌空SOHO的四层楼当中，建筑本身圆弧流畅的线条是其建筑师扎哈.哈迪德的鲜明设计特征。我们在室内设计中大胆地将交通标识借用到空间内，通过简约、大胆、明亮、直接的视觉冲击元素与建筑外部的柔和流线形成鲜明反差。
楼体的立柱通用条纹图案的油漆包覆：黄色，红色，橙色，蓝色，绿色，黑色和白色，强烈的色彩既赋予了空间独特、大胆、前卫的气质，将功区与功区之间巧妙的串联起来，又令人从外部清晰可见，吸引来往过客驻足停留。为了着眼于将空间产出最大化和增加人流，空间看似比之前有稍许削减，但是设计优化的精妙在于：在人潮熙攘的地理位置打造极具功能化的空间，提供丰富充沛，多样有趣的共享设施。
