Closely following the completion of FXP E, anySCALE recently wrapped up its work on SOHO 3Q’s FXP C location, bringing the total number of projects within Fuxing Plaza to three. Connected via rooftop terraces, these separate wings of the plaza earlier housed retail outlets, and were transformed to accommodate the 3Q offices. The distinct branding for 3Q was maintained by using the signature colors of orange and yellow on the accent wallpapers, glass railings, mix-and-match furniture and rugs. The two charcoal gray spiral staircases featured prominently in the central areas provide structural contrast, and muted geometric patterns on wallpapers lend an effortlessly stylish appeal. A unique point is the choice of fittings, with a large part of the artificial light coming from minimalist fixtures suspended uniformly over most areas. The bright and airy effect is enhanced by the exposed ceilings completely painted white, bouncing off any glow from the sun or the bulbs themselves.
