Certified LEED Gold and WELL Platinum, the project meets the highest green-building standards. Felt ceilings, adaptive lighting, and integrated green technologies ensure visual, thermal, and acoustic comfort in an elegant, harmonious environment.
At the center, a bespoke table with concealed drawers anchors the main showroom, surrounded by wall-embedded cabinets for efficient material display. The open office flows into a relaxed lounge and modular phone booth, while sliding wood partitions discreetly conceal appliances and storage.
Window-side nooks framed by façade pillars feature built-in seating and a pantry area, accented with colored felt ceilings and graphic art to define zones for dining or informal meetings. A VIP office enclosed in switchable glass doubles as a private meeting room, complemented by additional workspaces including a high-tech meeting room, print area, and mother’s room. Patterned French-style flooring and color-varied acoustic ceilings subtly delineate functions throughout.
