EXPERIENCED ARCHITECT
We are looking for an EXPERIENCED Architect with PASSION for DETAILS seeking for PERSONAL GROWTH in a fresh Set-up.
We @ anySCALE Architecture Design in Palma de Mallorca building up the European presence of our award-winning architecture and interior design firm who holds offices in Hong Kong, Beijing, and Shanghai. Our team in Spain is directly led by the company’s experienced founders and working on projects of various topic and scale in Mallorca, mainland Spain and in Germany.
You are an architect with a passion for all those design phases supporting to turn ideas into reality. You will work on rewarding projects of different scale in architecture and interior design. You will be responsible for transferring schematic designs into complete drawing sets for both, the submission projects to authorities (Proyecto Basico) and the detail drawing set for executing the project (Proyecto Ejecucion). Ideally you hold a Spanish architect license. You will benefit from the unique opportunity to be part of an international established company on one hand but to work in an exciting kind of start-up mode on the other hand. Your skills
- Bachelor or Master degree in architecture
- 5+ years of relevant experience in submission-, construction- and detail drawings
- Passion for details in architecture
- Spanish licensed architect and/or technical architect beneficial
- Experience in developing bills of quantities beneficial
- Good communication skills
- Positive and open minded
- Flexible and resilient
- Experienced in delivering within given frameworks
- Reliable and committed to the projects involved
- Proficiency in Autocad, Sketch-Up, Presto, Adobe, Word, Excel and other relevant software
Your language skills
- Fluent in English and Spanish
- Proficient in German beneficial
- Basic Knowledge in Swedish or Chinese a plus

- Lead project process under guidance, Keep the ball running
- Work independently but collaborative

We @ anySCALE Architecture Design refreshing our graphic design team supporting our architects and interior designers on all kind of tasks. We are an award-winning architecture and interior design firm holding offices in Hong Kong, Beijing, Shanghai and Palma de Mallorca in Spain. Our graphic designers are led by the company’s experienced seniors and working cross-border and cross-culture on projects of various topic and scale.
You closely work together with a multinational team of designers on diverse tasks.
