The single story contemporary building serving as the residence of the Ambassador of the Kingdom of the Netherlands was designed by Dutch architects but built locally and over a decade ago. Partly as a result of poor workmanship the building had become dilapidated over time. anySCALE was appointed to renovate the interior spaces and surfaces as well as update all of the MEP services.
Apart from one part of the roof that needed fixing, the structure of the building was to be largely left untouched. This meant that despite the modern context for the original design, the approach adopted by anySCALE for renovating was akin to that of a historical project in need of restoration. The exterior landscaping was also entirely updated by anySCALE.
作为荷兰王国大使馆大使官邸的当代单层建筑是由荷兰建筑师设计，并由本地团队建造完成，至今已超过十年之久。由于自身的建造质量欠佳，建筑饱受风霜摧残，破损严重，问题诸多。也正如此，anySCALE接受了整体修复大使官邸的室内空间及所有墙面外观，并对机电工程部分进行全面升级的设计使命。
除了重新整修部分屋顶外，建筑的主体结构仍需维持原样。这意味着尽管建筑原始设计充满现代感，anySCALE所采取的修复方式与对历史建筑的修缮方式极为类似、异曲同工。此外，室外园林景观也被anySCALE进行了全面翻新。
