Founder and Executive Partner Tom Chan gave a "design talk" at the ICONIC AWARDS 2020, sharing anySCALE's award-winning work and design concepts for state-owned enterprises. Hosted by the German Design Council, the talk took place last Thursday, October 29, at Dongdao Creative Zone in Beijing. Tom spoke about three main projects: UNI_JOY for COFCO's Joy City; The City Next for CR Land; and HDT Showroom for CR Land. Touching on the challenges of running a boutique design company, Tom also spoke about how the perceived restrictions of working with state-owned enterprises tended to amplify creativity.
